Gabriel’s career began in the foodservice industry as a Foodservice Design Consultant. He has years of experience in both design and operational concepts. Gabe joined F.E.R. in 1987 and became a partner in 1999. He is a recipient of the Richard Zimmer Award (1999), the Paul Lovejoy Award (1999) and The 2002 Frymaster/Dean Sales Representative of the Year.

Tom joined FER in 1999 and became a partner the same year. He came to Food Equipment Representatives with over 25 years of experience with sales and service representing a major manufacturer of smallwares and conveyor ovens.

Dan joined FER in 1997. He has a BFA Degree in Art and has over 22 years of experience as a Foodservice Design Consultant. Dan resides in Coral Gables and is responsible for South and South West Florida.

Martha joined FER in 2000. She has 10 years of experience in the Food Service industry with background knowledge in sales and customer service. Martha handles sales inquires, quotations, order entry and is responsible for accounts payables

Hilary Del Aguila has five years of experience in Marketing, social media, and sales. She has graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor’s in Business Management and has her master’s from the University of Miami. Some of her responsibilities are taking over FER’s social media outlets, increasing brand exposure, and the design of all ads and newsletters.

Tito graduated Cum Laude from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, his career spanned two decades holding positions such as Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Banquet Chef, and Executive Sous Chef. In 2008, Tito joined the equipment sales side of our industry. He has had the opportunity to hold positions such as Regional Sales Manager/Corporate Chef and VP of Sales for the Southeast. With a well-balanced background in Culinary and Equipment sales, Tito Rodriguez will bring a depth of knowledge to the Florida Marketplace. In his time off, Tito enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and playing golf.
