Tito graduated Cum Laude from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, his career spanned two decades holding positions such as Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Banquet Chef, and Executive Sous Chef. In 2008, Tito joined the equipment sales side of our industry. He has had the opportunity to hold positions such as Regional Sales Manager/Corporate Chef and VP of Sales for the Southeast. With a well-balanced background in Culinary and Equipment sales, Tito Rodriguez will bring a depth of knowledge to the Florida Marketplace. In his time off, Tito enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and playing golf.

Heidi has 15 years of sales coordination and project management experience in a variety of industries with 2 years of specific experience in the Food Service industry. She has a passion for customer service and seeing a project through from inception to completion. She will assist the team with sales inquiries, quotations, order entry, and marketing coordination.
