Craig joined FER in 1985 and became a partner in 1999. He has a B.S. Degree in Business focusing on Hotel Restaurant Administration. Craig resides in Orlando and is responsible for Central Florida. He is a recipient of the Richard Zimmer Award (1996) and Young Lions (1999).
Roman joined FER in November 2016. In 2009, Roman completed his Hospitality and Food Service degree at Mid Florida Tech and shortly thereafter began working in culinary at JW Marriott and then at Ritz Carlton. In 2010, He transitioned into the pastry team as a baker. He worked his way up to breads and breakfast pastry supervisior. In 2014, Roman became lead baker at the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando. Since then he has performed sales and marketing at Lobo Reps., International and now is with FER.
Fay E. Lewis,
Fay joined Food Equipment Representatives in 1988. She processes sales inquires, quotes and acts as the liaison between endusers, dealers, factories and FER staff.
Ileana joined FER in January 2012. She has a background in customer service with internet support (IT) and Web Design. She has a cheerful approach while attending to our customers’ requests. She processes orders, co-ordinates service inquiries, correspondence and data compilation. She also quotes and co-ordinates between end-users, dealers, factories and FER’s staff.
